Your Right to Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your LuxHalo account at any time.

Deleting your account permanently removes your access to LuxHalo and initiates removal of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

LuxHalo provides account deletion controls in accordance with applicable platform requirements and privacy standards.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your LuxHalo account:

1. Sign in to your LuxHalo account.
2. Open your Profile page.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Privacy & Security.
5. Choose Delete Account.
6. Review the deletion information.
7. Confirm your request.

For security purposes, LuxHalo may require account verification before processing deletion requests.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

After your deletion request is confirmed:

• Your LuxHalo account will be scheduled for deletion.
• Your profile information will be removed.
• Your Halo conversation history may be deleted.
• Your Journal entries may be deleted.
• Your saved preferences and settings may be deleted.
• Your access to LuxHalo Plus features will end.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible after processing is complete.

Subscription Information

Deleting your LuxHalo account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other payment providers.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling any active subscriptions through the platform used to purchase them.

If you purchased through Apple App Store, subscription management is available through your Apple account subscription settings.

If you purchased through Stripe or another web-based billing platform, subscription management is available through the applicable billing portal.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

In some situations, additional time may be required to complete the deletion process, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the security of LuxHalo and its users.

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations.
• Resolve disputes.
• Enforce agreements.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Maintain financial and tax records.
• Protect the security and integrity of LuxHalo.

Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
